Brighton is after all a seaside resort with fish and chips, a pier, a big wheel, seagulls, sun hats, beach huts and even rather optimistic buckets and spades.

S is also for ‘Snowy Bear’ the teddy bear we discovered ‘reduced’ at Christmas, under a toy elephant in Smith’s in Beckenham ten years ago.

This bear takes the blame for anything that goes wrong in our house  – “It must have been the bear” – that lost the car keys, left the grill on, forgot to buy the washing powder, made the living room such a tip  etc.

To make up for this shabby treatment, we allowed him to star in his own film ‘Teddy Bear’s day out’ filmed soon after we moved here – it’s being so childish that keeps us going!

Warning –  this film lasts a whole minute, which could mean a minute of your life wasted – ummm will you take the risk?
